Our Coolio Caterpillar Cake is made to order, just for you.

Personalise your cake by choosing the flavour of Gelato, the sauce and toppings to decorate. We churn, scuplt and add the finishng touches to this rather delicious and unique frozen twist on the famous, nostalgic Caterpillar Celebration Cake we all know and love!

Coolio is available to order online for home delivery (Bi-weekly Thursday's) or you can arrange a collection (Friday~Sunday) from our Dessert Parlour in Dawlish

You can view and select your preferred delivery or collection date and time at check out.

We just require at least 5 days advance notice to schedule him in to our production so orders placed by midnight Monday will be ready for collection from Friday the same week. If you miss the deadline for your celebration date please contact us hello@scoopwholesale.co.uk and we will always do our best to accommodate.

Store in freezer ~ Upto 10-12 servings ~ Best devoured immedietely (or within 4 weeks)

The box Coolio is carried in is around 27x12cm so a good bit of freezer space is required to store him. Once sliced you can store in a smaller tuppawear box. Always store Gelato in the freezer in a sealed container to keep the best quality taste and texture.

Top Tip ~

We serve our Gelato at -14 degrees which is at least 4 degrees warmer than the average home freezer. Take out of the freezer and allow Coolio to take the chill off for upto 10 minutes before slicing with a large carving or cake knife. You can also warm the knife in hot water and wipe dry before cutting each portion
