We are Jack & Emma, we had a dream to open a Dessert Parlour in our beautiful home town, Dawlish, producing delicious and indulgent Gelato and treats. Emma, having spent over 6 years supporting Icecream businesses across the whole of the South West; had a vision, teamed with the passion and wizardry skills Jack harnesses, an appreciation for fresh, artisan produce and an exquisite palate; we have created a wonderful family business and brand with a fantastic reputation which reaches across the country and beyond.We have a daughter who is now 4 years old, a thriving business in Dawlish, an expanding wholesale family and we also have a Gelato Trike and Cart which enables us to go mobile with our Gelato for Weddings and Events. We couldn’t be achieving all of this without Lauren, who supports us in all areas of our business. Our production facility is 1 mile from our parlour in Dawlish. We source fresh, seasonal and local ingredients where we can and always the highest quality. We carefully craft each flavour in small batches, by hand, ensuring we are always serving the freshest, most flavoursome, artisan Gelato.We offer the ‘must have’ traditional flavours along with specials which change with the seasons. We LOVE flexing our creativity whilst making sensational Gelato, taking inspiration from all over the world, seeking out trends and having fun recreating delicious, nostalgic desserts and sweet treats into delectable Icecream.
