The Deadline

Please place your order before the week begins.
This cutoff allows us to source exactly the right amount of fresh local milk and ingredients for the week ahead, ensuring we operate with zero food waste.
The Production
Monday & Tuesday
We spend these two days in the kitchen.
We pasteurise our base, let it age for flavour depth, and then churn your gelato specifically for you. It goes straight from our machine to the blast freezer to lock in that perfect texture.
The Delivery
Wednesday & Thursday
Once your tubs are set, we load the van and hit the road.
We deliver in the evenings from 5pm onwards to ensure you are likely to be home. We hand-deliver every tub ourselves to guarantee the cold chain is never broken.

The festive season is too short for average ice cream.
We have filled our freezer with a collection of bold and limited flavours that celebrate the best time of the year.
Expect dense ripples of spiced fruit and rich chocolate shards folded by hand into our signature Devon milk base.
These tubs create the ultimate hot and cold contrast when melting over a warm Christmas pudding. We churn them fresh in Dawlish but they will disappear fast. Grab a spoon and experience the festive rush before the season ends.
