The Flavour Experience

This is a grown-up flavour profile that balances sweetness with a sharp citrus kick. We start with a high content of real orange juice for that bright, morning-fresh taste. We then pour in genuine Prosecco and a dash of Marc de Champagne. This adds a complex, warming depth that lingers on the palate long after the initial citrus burst has faded.

The Texture

Sorbets can often be icy, but ours is churned to be exceptionally smooth. Without the dairy to hide behind, the texture relies on our artisan churning process. We create a tight, dense structure that melts consistently on the tongue. It is refreshing and crisp without being crystalline, offering a velvety mouthfeel that rivals our dairy gelatos.
