Bueno gelato was inspired by the familiar chocolate bar so many customers mention. We wanted to echo those flavours without making the scoop overly sweet. The result feels recognisable yet more natural. The hazelnut notes are kept soft and creamy so they never dominate. Families and late evening visitors often reach for this one first.
