This sorbet is all about the fruit. We use premium Alphonso mango puree, known worldwide as the King of Mangoes. This variety offers a distinctively rich, honeyed sweetness that you do not get from standard mangoes. There is no cream or milk to mask the taste. It is an explosion of tropical sunshine that hits the palate immediately with a clean, zesty finish.

The Texture

Forget icy, crunchy sorbets. We have mastered a recipe that remains incredibly smooth. By using potato proteins and vegetable fibres alongside the mango puree, we create a structure that mimics the creaminess of dairy. It scoops easily and melts evenly, delivering a luscious mouthfeel that feels indulgent despite being light and refreshing.
