We strip back the noise to focus on one perfect note. We build our gelato on a luxurious base of fresh milk and double cream. We infuse this rich foundation with a superior French Vanilla paste. This adds a deep, aromatic profile and a hint of natural sweetness. You will taste the difference that real vanilla pods make in every spoonful.

The Texture

Simplicity leaves no place to hide. That is why texture is everything. We churn this gelato slowly to minimise air and maximise creaminess.
