This is chocolate in its purest, most decadent form. We build our gelato on a luxurious base of fresh milk and double cream. We transform this rich foundation by melting down premium dark chocolate callets. These callets contain a high percentage of cocoa mass and cocoa butter. This ensures a deep, complex cocoa profile that is robust without being overly bitter. It delivers a lingering chocolate finish that standard cocoa powder simply cannot match.
The Texture
Real chocolate gelato should be velvety, not icy. That is why we use double cream and real cocoa butter from the chocolate callets. These ingredients naturally thicken the mixture.
