The Flavour Experience

This flavour takes you straight back to childhood. We start with our signature luxurious base of fresh milk and double cream. This provides a neutral, creamy canvas that allows the candy to shine. We then fold in generous amounts of golden honeycomb. As the honeycomb settles, its sugary sweetness bleeds slightly into the cream, creating a delicious ripple of toffee flavour throughout the tub.

The Texture

Texture is the main event here. The gelato itself is dense and silky, thanks to our slow-churning process and use of double cream. This smoothness is interrupted by satisfying crunches of honeycomb. Some pieces remain crisp and snappy, while others begin to dissolve into sticky ribbons of caramel. It offers an addictive interplay of soft and crunchy in every spoonful.
