The Flavour Experience

Achieving the perfect salted caramel requires high-quality ingredients. We build our gelato on a luxurious base of fresh milk and double cream. We enrich this foundation with a premium Dolce Latte paste. This specialty ingredient is made from caramelised sugar and sweetened condensed milk. It creates a deep, toffee-like profile that is far superior to standard sugar syrups. We finish it with a precise measure of sea salt to cut through the sweetness and awaken the palate.

The Texture

The texture is as important as the taste. We use double cream and a specific blend of emulsifiers to ensure a dense, velvety finish. The Dolce Latte paste adds a luscious, sticky quality to the mixture. This ensures the gelato remains soft and scoopable.
