The Flavour Experience

This is not a generic coffee ice cream. We treat our gelato like a fine cup of coffee. We brew fresh shots of Voyager Coffee’s Coast to Coast blend to infuse the base. This specific blend offers deep, complex notes that are robust without being bitter. To enhance the profile, we add a natural coffee paste. This ensures a rounded, full-bodied taste that lingers pleasantly on the palate, much like a perfectly pulled espresso.

The Texture

Think of this as a frozen cappuccino made with the finest ingredients. We use a double cream base to create a texture that is exceptionally silky and dense. The natural fats in the cream carry the coffee oils perfectly, ensuring the gelato is smooth and velvety.
